Garlic Sauce
Ingredients:
1 Tbsp finely chopped garlic
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup purified water
Mash the garlic and salt together to form a paste. Stir in the vinegar and water.
Yield about 1 cup sauce.
