Marinated Vegetables
1 c. vinegar
1 c. oil
1 tbsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. monosodium glutamate
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
Dash pepper
1 jar button mushrooms
Fresh broccoli
Celery
Onion slices
Cauliflower
Tomato
Green pepper
Carrots
Cucumbers
Mix vinegar, oil, dill weed, sugar, garlic powder, salt, oregano and pepper together. Pour over vegetables and marinate at least 4 hours; better if overnight.
