Irish Coffee
1 large scoop vanilla ice cream
1 Tbs Scotch whisky
1/2 tsp extremely finely ground espresso coffee beans
Place the ice cream in a serving bowl, pour the Scotch whisky over it, and sprinkle with the coffee. Add a dash of nutmeg. Serves 1.
